Official Prizer Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. YOU MUST BE 17+ IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. APPLE IS NOT IN ANY WAY A SPONSOR OF ANY GIVEAWAY OR PRIZE ON PRIZER. PRIZER IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH APPLE IN ANY WAY. 

Please read these Official Rules before entering a prize draw (each a "Prize draw"). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Prize draweligibility requirements.

Eligibility. Open to individual legal residents of the United Kingdom or the European Union who are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence, except that if the total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes in the Prize drawexceeds £500.00, individual legal residents of Rhode Island will not be eligible to enter.

Prize and Winner Selection Method. Sponsor will award a prize to one or more individuals who enter the Prize drawas specified at the Prize drawpoint of entry ("Prize draw Page"). The start and end dates and times of the Prize draw, prize(s) will be specified on the Prize drawPage. The winner selection method will be one of the following, as more fully described on the Prize draw Page:

  1. Entrant must enter a prize drawto receive a chance to win

  2. Entrant must be reasonably nearby to be chosen to win the prize

  3. Winner is selected only by entrants that are able to personally pick up the prize

You must have or will need to create anPrizeraccount a order to enter or receive a prize. Limit one prize per person and Prizer account per Prize draw. Prizes will be presented in-person by Sponsor. Winners will be responsible for being present to receive prize in-person.

Each winner will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to a prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, income taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize. Please consult a tax professional to discuss your particular situation. Each winner may be required to submit his/her NI number to Sponsor in order to claim a prize. If a winner does not provide his/her NI number or tax payer ID as requested by Sponsor, the winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize and the prize will be forfeited and returned to Sponsor.

Each prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. Sponsor or Prizer reserve the right to substitute a prize with a gift card or other prize of value equal to or greater than the value paid by Sponsor while setting up the Prize draw.

How to Enter. Each Prize draw begins and ends on the dates and times as specified on the Prize draw Page. You may enter a Prize draw via one of the entry methods below, as more fully described on the Prize draw Page:

Entry Method:

  1. In-Person 
    - Have the Prizer mobile app installed (no account or participant information required to join) 
    - Select the QR scanner in the Prizer app, which will offer to scan a QR code to join or input a prize draw code

  2. AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry) Requirements to enter may be monetary in that participants may need to pay a monetary entry fee to an event or location. In this event, an AMOE requires the participant to e-mail the host of a given prize draw for a prize draw code. The host of the prize draw will provide the prize draw code to the participant upon request via e-mail. No account or participant information is required to join.

Limit one entry per person and Prizer account per Prize draw.You may not use multiple Prizer accounts or Facebook accounts to enter a Prize draw, and an entrant who submits entries into a Prize draw through multiple accounts will be disqualified. To preserve the standards of a Prize draw, Prizer may occasionally ask for additional information which will be used for fraud prevention.

Prize draw and prizes may be voided at the discretion of Prizer. If any part of the rules does not apply, all other parts shall remain in effect. Official rules may be subject to change without notice and can apply retroactively. Bugs may occur in the app which produces different results than expected. Prizer is not liable for any bugs that may occur. Other Promotions. By entering a Prize draw, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Prize draw unless you enter each Prize draw separately.

Additional Terms. Sponsor reserves the right to modify a Prize draw at any time. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in a Prize draw, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with a Prize draw; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to youror any other computer or device resulting from downloading any materials in connection with a Prize draw.

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of a Prize draw or website; (y) acting in violation of these rules; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be disqualified.

The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter a Prize drawat the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses.

No greater than the number of prizes stated on the Prize drawPage will be awarded, and any prize not claimed by the time requested on the Prize drawPage may not be awarded and such prize may be forfeited and returned to Sponsor. If any technical or other errors occur in the selection of a potential winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes specified on the Prize drawPage, Sponsor may award the prize(s) by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

Miscellaneous. EachPrize drawis governed by the laws of the England & Wales. By entering a Prize draw, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Sponsor and its affiliates and agents, any entity involved in any aspect of the Prize draw, and Facebook (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the "Released Parties") will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in thePrize draw, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

You agree that Sponsor's decisions related to the Prize drawand all distribution of prizes are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in the Prize draw, Sponsor may use the winner's name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner's list, except where prohibited by law, and Sponsor may be required to disclose the winner's address to regulatory authorities.

Sponsor. The Sponsor is the Prizeraffiliate that manages the Prize draw Page. ThePrize drawis in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any product or service of the prizes are awarded.

Privacy Notice: All information submitted in connection with this Prize drawwill be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Prizer's Privacy Notice.
